Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and Discover/Novus cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo. American Express is also accepted. Back to Top

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped. If you do receive an order that was cancelled, accept delivery of the item and call us toll free at 877-850-6723 for return instructions. Back to Top

I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle. Back to Top

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. To report damaged or defective merchandise call toll free 877-850-6723. If you are not satisfied (just don't like it) with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges.

Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. Please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials, including all tags or labels. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 30 days.

What happens if the item ordered is not available?
We try to ship products before the estimated ship date in the vast majority of cases. On occasion, however, an order may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone, postal mail or email. We know that this can be inconvenient, and we will offer you one of the following alternatives as appropriate to your situation:

Offer an ALTERNATE selection.

Offer a BACKORDER and new ship date.

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State Sales Tax is applied to any merchandise shipped within the State of Texas. Back to Top

Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via Priority Mail is two to three days and UPS ground is 5-10 days. Back to Top

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
Yes. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via Priority Mail, and a valid street address is always best to ensure proper delivery, however, Priority Mail can be sent to a P.O. Box. UPS shipments require a physical address. We also can deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses (additional freght or postage may be required). Back to Top

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, there is a column on the left for your customer information and on the right to ship to either someone else or just a different address. Back to Top

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are $7.50 for orders under $100.00 shipped all at once. APO and International shipping charges apply to APO international orders. Orders over $100.00 shipped all at once are free freight.
